There is a fee for the design stage, which is deducted from the build if you go ahead with us. We confirm it at the first visit.

Usually not for a patio at ground level. Raised decking, structures, and paving a front garden can need permission or have to meet drainage rules, and conservation areas have extra restrictions. We check this for your address before the design is finalised.
