Privacy note.
Short, because there is not much to say. We collect what we need to visit your garden and quote for the work, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you book a visit or send an enquiry: your name, mobile number, the garden address and postcode, an email address if you choose to give one, the service you are interested in, and any notes you add. We also keep the time you chose and a technical record of the submission (a hashed connection address) to prevent abuse of the form.
Why
To arrange and carry out the visit, to contact you about it, and to prepare your quote. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not share or sell them.
Where it goes
Bookings are stored on Cloudflare (our website host) and copied into our work calendar. Confirmation emails are sent through Resend. Text messages, where used, are sent through Twilio. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical data about your browser to tell people from bots.
How long
Booking records are deleted twelve months after they are made. If you become a client, the details you gave move into our normal client records for the duration of the work and our accounting obligations.
